Prayers (Nafl) for Shab-e-Barat
On this night, Muslims around the world observe various traditions and practices. Some visit graves of loved ones, offer special prayers and recitations from the Holy Quran, and engage in acts of charity and kindness toward others. Many people also fast during the day preceding Shab-e-Barat, while others spend the night in prayer and worship.
Shab-e-Barat is considered a time of spiritual renewal and reflection, as Muslims seek to purify their souls and seek forgiveness for their sins. It is also a time to remember and honor deceased loved ones and to seek blessings for the living.
